The below pictures is from when Leslee and I babysat Zion for a couple hours. We tried to get her to point to her nose... but she went for her belly instead. Anyways, the day was spent distracting Zion from the fact that her mother was not around, exactly. We free-styled some beatboxing & raps for her about various subjects. (including toast, her belly, and toast, her belly and jelly.)
we also took a nice long walk and played outside.
she loves her belly.
on other notes -- chicago was very fun.
got to spend a lot of time with my two older sisters--this picture was taken on the moody campus after I finished going to classes with doug.
wicked was really, really enjoyable. having seen mostly older musicals before, a newer one was very interesting.
i also rather enjoyed the deep dish pizza, surprisingly. we ate at giordano's right before wicked.

zion & i share a similar liking for shoe. she particularly likes MY shoes, which she is displaying quite beautifully in the above picture.
celebrated my birthday on saturday with (almost) the entire family. missing doug, and travis... :(
but, it was very fun & i am currently eagerly awaiting the arrival of my cellphone in the mail today.

Zion looks like she is falling of the couch. Mom what were you doing to her while I was gone?? (-; Its really cute! Abs can you send me that picture of the three of us. I think it is frame worthy.
